Chili Peppers "Madame Jeanette" (Capsicum chinense) 15 seeds
Madame Jeanette pepper ( Capsicum chinense “Madame Jeanette” ). Not by chance it is called “Madame Jeanette”, this hot pepper is “perfumed” with a rich range of aromas with notes of pineapple and mango . It has been measured from 100,000 to 350,000 Scovilles. For comparison, pure capsaicin, which is responsible for the pepper’s spiciness, is 16,000,000 Scovilles. Its spiciness is rich and is felt throughout the mouth, which makes it not particularly suitable for fresh consumption. It is preferred in sauces and various dishes.
