Eco Red Onion Seeds – Traditional Florentine Flavor
Description:
Grown with care for nature, these eco seeds produce fresh and slightly spicy red onions, ideal for salads. Originating from the Mediterranean, this variety adapts perfectly to our conditions. When harvested early, the onions are small and fresh, and if you let them ripen, they turn into long purple-red bulbs, also known as shallots. Their sweetness and spicy taste make them suitable for a variety of dishes.
Sowing method:
- Planting:
- Pre-sowing: From March, with seedlings transplanted after germination.
- Direct sowing: From mid-April in rows, enriching the soil with compost or soil mixture.
